Guido Metz (59) and Michael Kindler (59) base their approach on customs and habits, exploring learned and gradually acquired human behaviors over time. Their credo of looking beyond the obvious, embracing what is necessary and logical, new materials and time-tested methods, the simple and comprehensible, forms the foundation of every product development, no matter how small. Having grown up together in the South Palatinate, they founded their joint design studio with office space at the idyllic Herrngarten already during their design studies at the FH Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt.
