MAGLIA begins in the Colombian Andes, where Fiqué has been part of everyday life for generations. This plant-based fiber has a subtle sheen and a lively, almost hand-drawn texture. Hand-spun and knitted or crocheted with large needles, it becomes a rug of exceptional sculptural quality.

The irregularity of the yarn gives each surface its own rhythm. Colors merge, stitches become visible, and light falls into the open structure, creating ever-new nuances. A two-by-three-meter rug takes around one week of handwork.

MAGLIA combines Colombian craftsmanship with a contemporary design language. Classico, Canales, and Rondo explore the same fiber in different ways—as a generous expanse, with a more pronounced structure, or in a round shape.
