Robot-Tufting & Handtufting

Needle stitch by needle stitch for a tailor-made one of a kind.

With tufting, which appeared in the middle of the 20th century, the pile yarn is needled into a carrier fabric and then has to be fixed with a coating. We tuft four meter wide rolls of wool and linen - either loop pile or cut pile. On our Robotloom or with handtufting technology we can tuft a variety of wool carpets in large color palettes to customer size in the desired shape. With the help of vectorized files, we also produce entire carpet pictures, patterns or graphics.

We use state-of-the-art robot technology or handtufting technology for customized carpets.

This technology allows a variety of wool carpets, as loop and cut pile, or a combination of both in large color palettes to be made to customer size in the desired shape.

On the basis of vectorized files, we convert entire carpet images, patterns or graphics into textual works of art.
